Ingredients
- 3 pounds Chicken Wings
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 gloves of garlic
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Toss chicken wings in canola oi; to coat.

Put wings on a wire rack.

Set wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Roat for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mash garlic into a paste.

Melt stick of butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic paste, onion powder, and garlic powder to butter.

Cook for 3 minutes.

Remove wings from oven.

Toss wings in garlic butter and parmesan cheese.

Return wings to wire rack.

Roast another 8 minutes.
