Breakfast Bread Pudding

Best with french bread. May take up to 1 hour to firm up.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
Serves 2 people

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- lemon zest
- cinnamon
- 3 cups cubed french bread
- 1 cup blueberries
Directions

Wisk milk, eggs, sugar, lemon zest together.

Pour eggs mix over bread and let stand until absorbed.

Fold in 1 cup blue berries.

Pour into casserole, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake 325 for 45 minutes.

Sprinkile with powdered sugar, serve with maple

syrup if desired.
