Ingredients
- Beat together:
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- Stir in:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup quick cook oats
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Add 1 lb chopped beef, mix well (I like the medium fat content)
- Mix 2/3 cup chili sauce (I use Frank’s Red Hot Sweet Chili)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp mustard
Directions

Make 8 or 10 individual loaves in Pam greased pan. Spoon chili mixture over.

pour it all over the meat loaves before putting in the oven).

Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes (160 on the thermostat).
