diamond’s very favourite chocolate cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
Directions

mix at low speed until well blended

pour batter in to greased and floured 13″×9″ pan

bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
