Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked rigatoni
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 broccoli, cooked and cup up
Directions

cook pasta, al dente. drain and return to pot

melt butter in sauce pan, add in flour

add in milk slowly and stir until thick

add parmesan cheese, salt, garlic, pepper and cheddar cheese

add cheese sauce and broccoli to pasta

mix well and transfer to casserole dish

bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes
