Grilled Bread Salad

- 1 baguette (or 8 oz crusty bread)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp shallot, diced
- 1/4 tsp garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 lbs tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup basil, roughly chopped
