Ingredients
- 1 package of penne
- 2 (10 oz) containers refrigerated alfredo sauce
- 1 (8oz) container of sour cream
- 1 (15 oz) container of ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups mozzarella, grated
Directions

cook pasta, drain
-
mix together alfredo sauce and sour cream
-
toss with pasta
-
pour half pasta mixture into greased 13″×9″ baking dish

mix ricotta, eggs, parmesan and parsley together and spoon into baking dish

layer with 1 cup of mozzarella
-
spoon remaining pasta into dish
-
top with remaining mozzarella
-
bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes of until bubbly
