spicy hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (about 2 cups)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

  1. in a blender or food processor, on medium speed, blend chickpeas, garlic, cumin, coriander and hot pepper sauce for 30 seconds or until finely chopped

  2. add lemon juice and blend until smooth
