Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (about 2 cups)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions

in a blender or food processor, on medium speed, blend chickpeas, garlic, cumin, coriander and hot pepper sauce for 30 seconds or until finely chopped
