Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 salsa
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
Directions

in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat

brown chicken breasts on both sides until lightly browned on the outside but pink inside

season chicken with salt and pepper and add salsa

reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside and has reached internal temperature of 170ºF

sprinkle each chicken breast with cheese and cook for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted
