open-faced grilled bean and cheese tortillas

Ingredients

  • 4 10 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 can (14 oz/398ml) refried beans
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño

Directions

  1. preheat over to 425ºF

  2. place tortillas on baking sheet

  3. spread with refried beans and salsa

  4. sprinkle evenly with cheese and jalapeños

  5. bake in over for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is browned

  6. cut into wedges
