Stuffed Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs chicken or ground beef; cooked, drained, and cut
- 2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 1 can green chilis
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 small can tomato paste
Directions

Place the meat in the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan

Mix eggs, heavy cream, chilis, and tomato paste together; pour over the dish and top with cheese

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 min; remove foil and bake 15 min longer until browned
