Ingredients

• 5 sweet potatoes
• 1 stick butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 box brown sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1 spoonful flour
• 16 oz pecans

Directions

1. boil potatoes with skin

2. let cool

3. peel and mash

4. add stick of butter, eggs, vanilla & milk

5. mash

6. transfer into baking dish

7. melt brown sugar, butter, flower & pecans in microwave

8. pour over sweet potatoes

9. bake at 375 until boiling
