Summer Sausage

Can use venison or lean beef

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 pounds venison or beef, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon Morton's Tender Quick Salt
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard seed
Directions

Mix all ingredients well.

Form into 2 rolls and wrap in foil.

Refrigerate 24 hours.

Poke holes in foil on bottom of rolls with a fork.

Place rolls on cooking rack over a cake pan to catch drippings.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
