Broiled Chicken Breasts

This is a basic guide line for the beginner cook.

Ingredients

  • As many chicken breast halves as you have people to serve.
  • Garlic salt OR Marinade
  • (I have a couple of great Marinades in this book.)

Directions

  1. Wash chicken breasts (fix extra breasts so you can slice for topping a salad)

  2. You can use garlic salt and broil or you can marinade in one of the Chicken Marinades.

  3. Grill for 10 minutes on one side, flip; grill 8 more minutes on the other side. (If the breast is extra big you might need to add a couple extra minutes.) If you cook too long however, it will dry out.
