Best Meatloaf Ever

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 (14 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies, drained
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients until evenly combined, pack into a 9×5 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until no longer pink in the center. (at least 160 degrees on a meat thermometer)
