Best Meatloaf Ever

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients until evenly combined, pack into a 9×5 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until no longer pink in the center. (at least 160 degrees on a meat thermometer)
