Sweet Potato Casserole

This can be made the day before and kept in the refrigerator until time to cook. DO NOT add the praline topping until just before baking.

Ingredients
- 5 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3-1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Directions

Add sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla and butter to mashed sweet potatoes.

Pour into a 9×13 casserole or pan. Spread the topping over the casserole and bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes.
