Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup water
- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
Directions

Brown meat and garlic.

Bring water to boil, add onion, simmer for 5 minutes. Add mushroom soup.

Place layer of thinly sliced potatoes in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole, top with layer of browned meat and layer of mushroom soup and onion mixture.

Add another layer of potatoes, meat and soup.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
