Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Beans cut in 1" length
  • carrot 1" length
  • bell pepper
  • cabage(optional)
  • Maida flour
  • Bread

Directions

  1. In a pan add butter, beans,carrot bell pepper veggies and saute for a while.

  2. Sprinkle lightly with salt cover and cook. Sprinkle 1tsp maida on veggies and saute.

  3. Let it cool.

  4. Grease one side bread with butter top with veggies and cover with other bread(butter side inside).

  5. place in griller and grease other side.
