Cook plantain in cooker or boiling water.

In a pan take butter add hing, mustard, jeera, red chillies, methi leaves and lot ginger(1tbsp).

Saute for a while and add the cooked plantain, chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.

Whisk separately 1 1/2 cup yogurt with 1 1/2 tbsp besan powder and salt.

Add the yogurt mix to pan and cook for 10-12min until the besan is cooked well.
