Ingredients
- 1/3 finely chopped onion
- 3 - 4chopped serrano chiles
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 2 lbs of ripe avocado
- 2-3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3/4 c. finely diced, peeled pear and halved seedless grapes
- 1/2 c. pomegranate seeds, plus 1/4 c.
Directions

Mash onions, serrano chiles, and salt into a rough paste.

Gradually add the pulp from avocados and stir in lime juice.

Fold in fruit and seeds and sprinkle the top with 1/4 c. additional pomegranate seeds.
