Chi Chi Dango Mochi

Ingredients
- 1 pound mochiko
- 2 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can coconut milk (12 oz)
- Food coloring
Directions

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl

Add liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly with whisk

Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour

Remove foil and cool for 3-4 hours

Cut with plastic knife

Coat in potato starch
