Butter Mochi

Ingredients
- 1 box mochiko
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 stick (4oz) butter, melted and cooled
- 2 cups milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can coconut milk
Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another, then combine.

Pour into greased 9 × 13 inch pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool and cut with plastic knife.
