Buffalo Chicken Bites

added in chopped celery and used shredded mozz instead of cheddar

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 3 1/2 oz. fat- free cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (or mozz)
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped (or celery)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups corn flakes crushed

Preheat oven to 350

In large bowl , combine shredded chicken (can use rotissere chicken), hot sauce and cream cheese and mix well. Stir in shredded cheese and onions (I swapped out with celery) and set aside

Use 3 separate bowls set out flour, eggs and crushed corn flakes

Scoop chicken mixture and make balls, first roll in flour, then dip in egg and lastly coat with cereal- makes about 30 balls

Place balls on a sheet and bake for 20-25 min
