Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts
- Chopped Celery
- Chopped Carrots
- Chopped Garlic
- Hot Sauce
- 4 Wedges of Low Fat Laughing Cow Cheese
- 1/3 cup of Low Fat Greek Yogurt (plain)
- 2 tbs. Reduced fat Parmesan Cheese (grated style)
Directions

Add 1/4 cup of water to slow cooker

Add Chicken breasts, celery, carrots and garlic and cook on high for 4 hours

Remove Chicken and use fork to shred and add back into slow cooker
