Cheesy Chili Zucchini Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup salsa
- salt
- pepper
- 4 cups zucchini noodles
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

In a medium sauce pan, brown burger; drain

Add cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salsa, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 min

In a medium bowl, combine noodles and butter; toss to coat

Spread noodles in greased casserole dish; sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese

Spread sour cream over cheese; then spread chili mixture over sour cream and top with remaining shredded cheese

Bake at 350F for 30 min
