Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked yellow squash
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup cheese, grated
- salt & pepper to taste

TIP: To cook squash, slice thin, lightly salt, add 1/4 stick margarine and 1/4 cup chopped onions, also 1 teaspoon sugar and enough water to just cover bottom of pan. Stew until tender, drain and follow directions.

Combine cooked squash, melted butter or margarine, seasonings and beaten eggs.

Arrange in alternate layers with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs and cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until heated through.
