German Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
  • 1 stick margarine melted

Directions

  1. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper together well.

  2. Pound out/tenderize the chicken breasts.

  3. Dredge chicken pieces in above mixture.

  4. Then roll in Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix.

  5. Place on baking sheet with sides, spray pan with Pam.

  6. Drizzle with butter.

  7. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

  8. Serve with German potato salad and maybe green beans.
