Banana Split Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 #2 cans crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 large carton cool whip
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped

Directions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick soft margarine together and press into the bottom of a 13×9 inch casserole dish.

  2. Beat eggs, powdered sugar and 2 remaining sticks of margarine together for approximately 15 minutes. Spread over the graham cracker crust.

  3. Slice the 4 bananas and spread over mixture.

  4. Spread pineapple (drained) over the bananas. (A #2 can is about the size of a regular can of green beans or canned corn.)

  5. Spread whipped topping over all.

  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts and cherries on top and refrigerate over night.
