Tiramisu Dessert Pizza

Instead of espresso you can use a combination of espresso and Kahlua…I love adding the Kahlua!

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine melted

- FILLING:
- 12 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso cooled
- Kahlua (optional)
- unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
- confectioners sugar for dusting
- fresh raspberries for garnish

CRUST: Mix ingredients for crust and spread on a 14 inch pizza pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

FILLING: In a food processor or mixing bowl, whip the mascarpone cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth and creamy.

Beat in the espresso and/or optional Kahlua. The mixture should be creamy and easy to spread at this point; if not, add a bit more espresso. Spread a thick layer of tiramisu filling over the baked pie crust.

Dust the cheese liberally with cocoa powder, followed by a very light dusting of confectioners sugar to achieve a dappled effect just before serving.

Fresh fruit such as raspberries can be arranged around the edge of the pizza as a garnish.
