- 8 egg whites
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp nut butter
- 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 Tbsp flax seed
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
