Tartar Sauce

This will keep indefinitely if stored in a glass container (jar) in the refrigerator. I prefer to use “Heinz India Relish”, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Depending upon how much you want to make…combine Miracle Whip and Sweet Relish. Ta-Da…Tarter Sauce!

TIP: This will keep for quite a while in the fridge. You can add other ingredients…very finely grated carrot, onion, lemon juice, paprika, etc. However the addition of onion will make it spoil almost over night. Some kind of chemical reaction between the onion and Miracle Whip.
