Ingredients
- 2 cans white shoe-peg corn, drained
- 1 can french style green beans, drained
- 1 can LeSur baby peas, drained
- 1 small jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 cup celery, finely sliced/diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

- MARINADE:
- 3/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salad oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Combine all canned and fresh vegetables.

Bring marinade ingredients to boil.

Cool slightly, pour over vegetables.

Chill overnight.
