Cranberry Cream Pie

I’ve made this once. It’s not bad but a lot of trouble.

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water

- FILLING:
- 3 ounce package raspberry jello
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- -
- TOPPING:
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 24 small marshmallows
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions

CRUST: Mix dry ingredients in a 9 inch glass pie plate.

Add oil and water.

Mix well and press around sides.

Bake at 357 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool.

FILLING: Dissolve jello in hot water and refrigerate until it starts to thicken.

Stir in cranberry sauce and sour cream.

Pour into cool pie shell.

Chill until firm.

TOPPING: Soften cream cheese, slowly add whipping cream, stir until blended.

Stir in marshmallows and sugar.

Chill 4 hours.

Whip mixture with electric beater until thick.

Spread over pie before serving.
