Ingredients

• 2 small boxes strawberry jello
• 1 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 small flat can crushed pineapple drained
• 1/2 pint whipping cream
• sugar as needed
• maraschino cherries cut up

Directions

1. In 1 1/2 cups boiling water mix in 2 small boxes of strawberry jello or 1 large box.

2. Mix in 1 1/2 cups cold water.

3. Stir in 1 small flat can of crushed pineapple which has been thoroughly drained.

4. Cut up maraschino cherries and stir in.

5. Congeal for a while until partially set.

6. Whip a small container whipping cream with sugar.

7. Fold into jello mixture and congeal thoroughly.
