No-Knead Cinnamon Rolls or Dinner Rolls

Haven’t tried but Edna is an excellent cook.

Ingredients
- 1 package yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup more sugar
- 1 cup warm milk
- 4 1/2 cups flour, unsifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

Dissolve yeast and the 1 teaspoon sugar in warm water.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well and let stand covered in refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

DO NOT KNEAD!

About 2 hours before baking, roll dough to 3/4 inch thickness. Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll like jelly roll and cut into 1 inch slices. Place on greased pans. Let rise.

FOR DINNER ROLLS: You can place some dough into buttered muffin tins. Butter tops. Or you can put into a pan, free standing about 2 inches apart, butter tops. Let rise.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

The cinnamon rolls can be glazed and sprinkled with pecans.
