Horseraddish Sauce

Use with Betsy’s Beef Tenderloin recipe in this book or prime rib or any steak/beef.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2-3 spoonfuls prepared horseradish (located in dairy or refrigerated section of grocery in small jar not the cream horseradish sauce in the condiment section)
Directions

Combine all ingredients, adding horseradish to your personal preference.

Will keep about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
