Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon flour
- juice of 2 lemons
- grated rind of 1 lemon (none of the white part)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pastry shell
Directions

Mix ingredients for filling in order given.

Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.

Do not over bake.
