Ingredients
- 1/4 c.chopped onion
- 1t.minced minced garlic
- 1cup beer
- 4cup (16oz.) shredded cheddar
- 2-4 T 1/2 and 1/2
- Bread cubes
- Ravioli
- Apple slices
Directions

In sauce pan, sauce pan, sauté onion and garlic in butter until tender.

Stir in beer, bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low.

Toss cheese &flour;stir into sauce pan until melted.

Stir in 2T cream (add more if fondue thickens.

Serve with bread cubes, apple slices, ravioli,broccoli spears
