Chris’ Fiesta Rice

So easy…so quick.
This is actually not the “original” recipe from Chris but I tweeked the recipe and my husband loved what I did! (I added the onion and butter)

Ingredients
- 2 cups water and 2 chicken bullion cubes (you can use two cups of chicken broth if you wish)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup Pace Thick and Chunky Salsa
- 2 cups minute rice NOT COOKED
Directions

Saute until translucent the onion in the butter.

Add the water and bullion cubes. Bring to a boil.

Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute Original Rice.

Cover and let stand for 5 minutes…add the Salsa and allow to rest covered for about 3 more minutes or so.
