Zucchini Sticks

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 3 medium zucchini in 3 x 1.5 inch strips
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

eat oven to 400.

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, sage, salt and pepper; mix well.

In another bowl, beat eggs lightly.

Dip zucchini sticks in eggs, then in bread crumb mixture; transfer to a lightly-greased baking sheet.

Drizzle with oil and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned, turning sticks over once halfway through.
