Grilled Squash

I converted a “non-squash eater” into loving squash with this recipe.

Ingredients
- yellow straight neck squash, zucchini or white patty pan squash
- olive oil
- garlic salt
Directions

Slice squash about 1/4 inch thick…not in circles, but length wise.

Brush with olive oil or just put in a large bowl and drizzle some olive oil over and toss by hand.

Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.

Grill on a grate with small holes or on a griddle until tender…flip once.
