Grilled Squash

I converted a “non-squash eater” into loving squash with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • yellow straight neck squash, zucchini or white patty pan squash
  • olive oil
  • garlic salt

Directions

  1. Slice squash about 1/4 inch thick…not in circles, but length wise.

  2. Brush with olive oil or just put in a large bowl and drizzle some olive oil over and toss by hand.

  3. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.

  4. Grill on a grate with small holes or on a griddle until tender…flip once.
