Jeanne’s Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. turbinado sugar
- 1 T. egg replacer in 2 T. water
- 1/2 c. soymilk
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 3 c. WW pastry flour
Directions

Cream oleo and sugar until fluffy. Add egg replacer, milk, vanilla, salt and beat well. Add flour 1 c. at a time and mix until smooth—but don’t overmix and build the gluten.

Roll 1/4" thick on lightly floured board, cut, decorate—or use the dreaded cookie press and avoid the rigamarole.
