Eileen’s Green Bean Casserole

Good old standby.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans green beans drained
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
  • 1 can Onion rings
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. NOTE: Daughter and Daughter-in-law experiments with some of the different flavors of cream of mushroom soup…such as golden mushroom…they are all good and just a little different.

  2. Drain green beans and place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.

  3. Stir in milk, mushroom soup and 1/2 of the can of onion rings.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle remainder of onion rings on top and bake 5 minutes more.
