Left-Over Steak Fajita or Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 Large lettuce leaf (for taco)
- Left over steak
- Cumin (for taco)
- Fajita seasoning (for fajitas)
- Onion slices (for fajitas)
- Red bell pepper slices (for fajitas)
- 1 clove garlic minced (for taco)
- Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (for taac0)
- Sliced tomatoes (for tacos)
- Sliced avocado (for both)
- jalapenos (garnish)
- Salsa (garnish)
- Sour Cream (garnish)
Directions

Thinly slice left-over grilled steak.

Place in skillet with a little olive oil, sliced onion, bell pepper, minced garlic and chili powder or fajita seasoning.

Stir-fry until steak is heated through and onion and bell pepper is limp.

Serve with either flour tortillas or crispy taco shells.

GARNISH ON THE SIDE: sliced/diced tomatoes, sliced avocado or guacamole, sliced jalapeno, salsa, sour cream
