Left-Over Steak Fajita or Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 Large lettuce leaf (for taco)
  • Left over steak
  • Cumin (for taco)
  • Fajita seasoning (for fajitas)
  • Onion slices (for fajitas)
  • Red bell pepper slices (for fajitas)
  • 1 clove garlic minced (for taco)
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (for taac0)
  • Sliced tomatoes (for tacos)
  • Sliced avocado (for both)
  • jalapenos (garnish)
  • Salsa (garnish)
  • Sour Cream (garnish)

Directions

  1. Thinly slice left-over grilled steak.

  2. Place in skillet with a little olive oil, sliced onion, bell pepper, minced garlic and chili powder or fajita seasoning.

  3. Stir-fry until steak is heated through and onion and bell pepper is limp.

  4. Serve with either flour tortillas or crispy taco shells.

  5. GARNISH ON THE SIDE: sliced/diced tomatoes, sliced avocado or guacamole, sliced jalapeno, salsa, sour cream
