Citrus sour cream

Serve with roast carrot & avocado salad. Makes 140g. Also good with smoked salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c (125g) sour cream
  • 1 t finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1 t finely grated orage zest
  • 1 t orange juice
  • 1 t finely grated palm sugar
  • 1/4 t flaky sea salt

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together vigorously

  2. Set aside at room temp for 30 – 60 min for flavours to infuse

  3. Can be stored, covered, in fridge for up to 4 days
