Citrus sour cream

Serve with roast carrot & avocado salad. Makes 140g. Also good with smoked salmon.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c (125g) sour cream
- 1 t finely grated lemon zest
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t finely grated orage zest
- 1 t orange juice
- 1 t finely grated palm sugar
- 1/4 t flaky sea salt
Directions

Whisk all ingredients together vigorously

Set aside at room temp for 30 – 60 min for flavours to infuse

Can be stored, covered, in fridge for up to 4 days
