Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry cut in half
- 4 cored apples-skin on
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- lemon juice
- powdered sugar
Directions

Let the puff pastry sit for 25 minus so it’s easy to touch

Preheat oven to 400

Thinly slice all apples

Mix the apples, lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt together and let it sit for a few minutes

Cut puff pastry in half and place on a non-stick baking sheet

Arrange apple slices along the puff pastry in a line stacking the apples as you go

Place in the oven for 20 mins. or until golden brown

Remove pan and transfer to serving platgter, top it with some powdered sugar and serve
