Ingredients
- 10 ounces mixed salad greens
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Combine salad greens, cranberries, feta cheese and pecans in a large salad bowl

Whisk balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard and pepper in a small bowl

Add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly until well blended

Toss salad mixture with salad dressing
