Bacon Pancakes

This was a hit!!
So I finally tried one of those recipes you see people share on Facebook…the picture was so intriguing.

Ingredients
- Your Favorite Pan Cake Mix
- Crisp fried Bacon
- Butter
- Maple Syrup

Fry up your bacon, as much as you think you might want for pancakes. About 2 pieces per person.

Mix up your favorite pancake batter…from a mix or what ever.

On your griddle pour a length of batter about 3 inches wide by about 8 inches long. Immediately lay a strip of crisp bacon on top and sort of push into the batter. Immediately drizzle in a zig-zag pattern some of the batter on top of the bacon.

Cook as you would for pancakes, flipping half way through.

Serve with butter and syrup on the side.
