Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 cup garlic powder
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 2 1/2 tablespoons mustard powder
• 1 cup Wesson oil
• 1 pint Miracle Whip
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup tomato juice

Directions

1. Beat…beat…and beat the eggs more and more.

2. Slowly add salt and sugar beating again and again after each addition.

3. Beat in all of the other ingredients using an electric mixer for all of the above. Just beat this a lot.

4. Mix really well.

5. Makes a couple jars but keeps a long time.

6. NOTE: Edna’s recipe called for double the ingredients and said it made several jars…I halved her recipe ingredients.
