Ingredients
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 10 oz. fresh baby spinach
- 4 eggs hard boiled and chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped (including tops)
- 1 slice bacon fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 10 1/2 oz. package frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup swiss cheese grated
- Dressing: 1 cup sour cream & 1 cup mayo mixed together
Directions

Wash and drain lettuce and spinach. Tear spinach and lettuce into pieces and place as first layer in bottom of serving bowl. Layer other ingredients: eggs, onions, bacon and peas. Sprinkle top with 1 tsp. sugar and salt and pepper. Frost the top with sour cream/mayo mixture, garnish with swiss cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
